Reporting a repair
If you are a leaseholder or resident in a building we already look after and you need to report a communal repair, use the form below and choose "I live in a block you manage" so it reaches the right person. For anything urgent - water coming through a ceiling, a communal door that will not lock, a total power failure in a communal area - please ring rather than emailing.
If your query is about your own flat rather than the communal parts of the building, it is usually one for you or your landlord rather than for us, but tell us anyway and we will point you in the right direction.

That is a deliberate choice rather than a coverage list - being able to get to a building matters more than claiming to cover everywhere.
